Kitchen Quotemaster software
Kitchen Quotemaster is an application for building and dispatching quotes to prospective customers. Suitable only for New Zealand conditions, it is complimentary to cabinet drawing programs, it accurately produces cabinet pricing with unlimited door styles. Through the ability to import vendor pricelists, it can handle all the accessories and hardware requirements you would normally encounter with modern kitchen design.
Quotes are recorded in a database and can be searched, cloned, revised and used for statistical analysys of sales figures and graphs.
Powerful Flexible Quoting.
Using the extremely flexible editor, quotes can be created then automatically PDF'd and effortlessly emailed to the client where personal presentation is not practical.
Kitchen Quotemaster comes complete with an advanced Report Designer which allows you to design your own quote formats in almost any way you choose, enabling you to present information to the client in the design most suited to your business.
The database used is Microsoft SQL Server Express Edition although you can use the full version if you already own one. It is inherently suited to multi-user environments with great stability and speed.
You can choose to operate Kitchen Quotemaster as a stand alone application on your computer, or use a central windows based server for communal access. You don't even need a dedicated server, one computer can act as a workstation /server to which other computers can connect.
From the outset, the user interface has been a very important feature of the development design, as the emphasis is on compactness and speed. There are many shortcuts and methods which enhance the user experience, improving functionality and reducing fatigue. The design focuses in presenting a simple interface but with drill down into the less commonly used features. The data has dominance over the screen titles, buttons and components, a feature that is not commonly found in competitive systems.
